**Role Overview**

Trivial Chapter is seeking a seasoned
**Business Development Executive (BDE)**
 to support and expand our international manpower operations across
**Albania and Europe**
. This role requires a professional with an established
**employer network**
, strong experience in
**manpower sales**
, and a proven ability to support
**work permit and visa-driven hiring**
 across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, employer relationships, and the capability to independently drive business from employer engagement through successful manpower deployment.

**Key Responsibilities**

l Develop and expand business opportunities through an existing network of employers in Albania and Europe

l Engage directly with employers to assess and define manpower requirements, including volume, skill sets, and deployment timelines

l Secure work permits and hiring approvals from employers in sectors including:

- Hospitality

- Construction

- Logistics

- Crane Operators and Heavy Equipment

l Assist in facilitating embassy visa appointment coordination in line with employer-issued work permits

l Lead end-to-end sales and business development activities for manpower solutions

l Successfully close and deliver bulk manpower requirements

l Coordinate and support large-scale recruitment initiatives and manpower events

l Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with employer partners

l Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful execution

**Candidate Profile**

l Demonstrated experience in Business Development or Sales within the manpower, staffing, or international recruitment industry

l Established and verifiable employer connections in Albania and/or Europe

l Proven experience supporting work permit and embassy visa appointment processes

l Strong track record in:

l Selling manpower solutions

l Managing high-volume manpower deployments

l International employer coordination

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

l Highly self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment

l Ability to deliver results within a performance-driven, commission-based structure
