**Job Purpose:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized
**Junior Recruiter & Administrative Support**
professional to assist with recruitment activities while providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in HR and administration who enjoys multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms;
- Source and screen candidates through databases and online platforms;
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers;
- Maintain and update the internal database;
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes, including welcome sessions and orientation programs ( Monday.com, Slack, Zoom) ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
- Follows up offboarding processes including final documentation;
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports;
- Provide general administrative support to HR and management;
- Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, and documents);
- Ensure all employee documents are properly filed, regularly updated, securely stored, and easily retrievable in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required;
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking;
- Ensure completion of new hire documentation and compliance requirements;
- Organize internal and external training sessions for employee development;
- Maintain training calendars, track participation, and monitor effectiveness;
- Assist in identifying training needs in collaboration with department heads;
- Process employee changes, leave records, and HR documentation;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies;
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events such as team-building activities, staff retreats, work and study fair, celebrations, and wellness programs;
- Collaborate with teams to promote a positive and inclusive company culture;
- Any other assigned tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field;
- 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Familiar with Google Workspace;
- Fluent in English C1 level;
- High attention to detail and confidentiality;
- Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
