**Job Title: Architectural Designer / Renderer / Documenter**

**Location: Remote (Albania/Kosovo)**

**Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer who can create high-quality renderings, detailed documentation, and accurate designs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in architectural software and have a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop architectural designs and visualizations according to project requirements.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and CAD documentation.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts and ensure technical accuracy.
- Manage project files and ensure timely delivery of design documentation.
- Stay updated on new design techniques and software tools.

**Required Skills / Software Proficiency:**

- AutoCAD
- 3ds Max
- Corona Renderer
- Other relevant architectural visualization tools
