Join Our Growing Team at UTDS Optimal Choice – Paid Search (Google & Microsoft) consultant (Full-Time, Office-Based in Tirana)
UTDS Optimal Choice is a growing digital agency based in the heart of Tirana, working with international clients on web, advertising, and digital growth projects. We are now looking for a motivated and proactive Paid Search consultant to join our ambitious team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their already well established experience in the Digital marketing Industry. You’ll be working closely with the business leadership and further your already extensive hands-on experience in Google Ads management, digital strategy, data analysis, and campaign reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 12 months of hands experience of managing Google Ads
• A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Basic understanding of websites and WordPress (Elementor Pro experience a plus)
• Strong hands on knowledge and experience of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads and how online advertising works
• An analytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills
• Proactive attitude and team-first approach
• English language fluency at C1 level or above (business is conducted entirely in English)
What You’ll Do:
• Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaign management and optimisation
• Create and manage performance reporting and interpreting campaign results
• Continually develop skills and knowledge of the digital landscape to enable you to manage, and improve advertising campaigns
• Work as part of team and report directly to management
