**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Content Producer based in Tirana, Albania. The Digital Content Producer will be responsible for creating and managing multimedia content, including video production, content strategy, and writing. Daily tasks include producing high-quality digital content, planning and executing content strategies, and ensuring consistent and engaging content management across platforms.
**Qualifications**
- Produce a steady flow of high-quality written and visual content that can be repurposed across social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Write clear, engaging, and adaptable copy for LinkedIn, Reddit, short-form captions, hooks, and light marketing or brand-focused materials.
- Design clean and effective visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or AI-powered design platforms, while maintaining a well-structured and accessible content library.
- Translate ideas, insights, and long-form concepts into concise, compelling content that supports consistent brand storytelling.
- Engage thoughtfully in LinkedIn and Reddit conversations to build credibility and visibility, working closely with marketing and growth teams on content and creative initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to support ideation, drafting, editing, and optimization, monitor content performance at a high level, and refine output based on results.
