**Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced
**DevOps Specialist**
with a primary
**focus on Azure Cloud**
and hybrid environments. In this role, you will work with modern virtualization, cloud platforms, automation tools, and monitoring systems, while optimizing CI/CD workflows and contributing directly to the stability of our services.
**What you get to do in the DevOps Engineer role:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, deploy and maintain Azure Cloud or hybrid infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems using Zabbix to ensure health and uptime.
- Support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, TeamCity) and contribute to improving build, test and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell or Python to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and deployment.
- Administer and maintain Linux and Windows systems across cloud and hybrid environments
- Deploy and maintain Docker-based applications and internal services
- Collaborate with development teams to support reliable delivery and operational awareness across environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking and deployment issues to maintain uptime, stability, and incident resolution.
**To be successful in this role, you must:**
**Qualifications and technical skills:**
- A bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 - 3 years as a DevOps Engineer, or similar role.**
- Solid Linux administration and ability to work comfortably in cli-driven environments.
- Experience with Bash or Powershell scripting; understanding of automation concepts.
- Good knowledge of virtualization technologies and containerization (Docker, VMware, etc)
- Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Zabbix or similar tools
- Understanding of CI/CD and git-based workflows.
- Good knowledge of networking (DNS, routing, firewalls, subnets etc)
- Clear communication, willingness to collaborate, and ability to document work accurately.
- Problem-solving mindset with responsibility toward uptime and reliability.
**Language skills:**
- Proficient in writing, speaking, and listening in English
- Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
**Soft Skills:**
- Very good communication and collaboration skills.
- Very good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Very good prioritization and task management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/product features simultaneously and meet deadlines.
