We are looking for a
**Senior Business Analyst**
with a strong background in the
**pharmaceutical industry**
and solid exposure to
**AI-enabled solutions**
, to support complex initiatives involving regulated data, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
This role requires an experienced professional who can confidently bridge the gap between
**business subject matter experts and technical vendors**
, while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead
**business analysis activities**
across complex pharma initiatives, including requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation
Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors
Translate business needs into
**clear, structured user stories and functional requirements**
Work within
**Agile delivery frameworks**
, using Jira or similar tools
Support initiatives involving
**AI solutions**
, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and regulatory constraints in Pharma
Create and maintain
**data source mappings, system maps, flow charts, and process documentation**
Contribute to or review
**regulatory documentation**
, including pre-submission materials
Ensure a strong
**quality and assurance mindset**
across all deliverables
Support
**testing activities**
, including both manual and automated testing where applicable
**Required Skills & Experience**
7–12 years of experience as a
**Business Analyst**
in complex, regulated environments

Strong
**pharmaceutical industry background**
, including:
Regulatory documentation
Pre-submission processes
Medical writing (or close collaboration with medical writers)
Proven experience working in
**Agile environments**
• Excellent knowledge of:
Business analysis best practices
User stories and acceptance criteria
Jira or similar BA toolsets
• Solid understanding of
**AI concepts**
, including:
AI governance
Use of AI in Pharma
Regulatory and ethical considerations
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Ability to translate between
**business, regulatory, and technical teams**
Experience with
**data mapping, system flows, and integration documentation**
Exposure to
**manual and/or automated testing**
**Language Requirements**
- **Fluent English**

- Experience working with external technology vendors
- Exposure to validation frameworks in regulated environments (e.g., GxP)
