**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls throughout the day.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and accurately understand their needs.
- Clearly log, summarize, and categorize customer issues and feedback.
- Report recurring issues, trends, and insights to Customer Experience and Operations teams.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and empathetic tone during all customer interactions.
- Manage difficult or frustrated callers without taking conversations personally.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow support procedures and contribute to improving call-handling processes.
- Occasionally, work from the office as part of a hybrid setup.
**Requirements**
- Comfortable spending
**most of the workday on phone calls.**
- Confident, clear, and professional verbal communication skills.
- Patient, resilient, and emotionally stable when dealing with customers.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Able to document information accurately while handling calls.
- Willing to work in a
**hybrid environment.**
- Previous call center or customer support experience is a strong advantage.
