**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a
**Finance Specialist**

**Yrshek**
. The Finance Specialist will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, supporting accounting processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing reports for decision-making. This role demands strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
- Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant financial software tools is a plus ( Financa 5)
