We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Landing Pages Specialist to support our marketing and sales operations.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate has:
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Solid understanding of CRM management and automation
• Experience creating and managing landing pages inside GoHighLevel
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain CRM workflows in GoHighLevel
• Create, edit, and optimize landing pages and funnels
• Handle contacts, pipelines, tags, automations, and integrations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead flow and conversion
• Ensure CRM data is clean, organized, and up to date
• Support campaign launches and ongoing optimizations
Requirements
• Proven experience using GoHighLevel
• Ability to manage CRM pipelines and automations
• Experience with landing page builders (within GoHighLevel)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Nice to have
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Experience with email/SMS automations
• Familiarity with Zapier or similar tools
