**What You’ll Do:**
- Collaborate on
**rare disease registries**
and cross-country data projects (HAE, hemophilia, and more)
- Turn clinical and real-world health data into
**actionable insights for pharma and healthcare partners**
- Apply
**AI/ML and predictive modeling**
to patient outcomes, treatment patterns, and adherence
- Build dashboards, analytics pipelines, and tools for
**real-time evidence generation**
- Support pilot studies, feasibility analyses, and RWE projects across multiple Balkan countries
**Who You Are:**
- Medior-level experience in
**data science, biostatistics, or health analytics**
- Strong
**Python/R, SQL, AI/ML skills**
, with hands-on analytical experience
- Passionate about healthcare, clinical research, and patient-centric solutions
- Able to thrive in a
**startup environment**
, working independently and shaping processes
- Bonus: Experience with
**registries, patient support programs, or rare disease data**
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Data Science techniques, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and computational algorithms.
- Strong skills in Statistics and Data Analysis for generating reliable and regulatory-grade insights.
- Experience in Data Analytics, including exploratory data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Expertise in Data Visualization tools for presenting complex information effectively and clearly.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry data standards, laws, and privacy regulations is an advantage.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field is preferred.
