**Responsibilities:**
- Take ownership of a significant set of features, ensuring they are fully scoped, designed, delivered to high standards, and continuously refined post-launch to meet and exceed user expectations.
- Create detailed scope documents and manage tasks using tools like Asana to keep projects organized, aligned across teams, and on schedule.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to designers and developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with Senior PM’s, Product Experience Owners, Designers, Developers, and QA teams to align on the roadmap, execution priorities, and deliver solutions with excellent UX/UI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as business and customer-facing teams, to ensure clear, aligned feature requirements and product objectives.
- Identify and address user pain points with innovative and effective solutions, conducting discovery calls to understand requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
- Strategically navigate challenges, finding optimal, best-practice solutions that adhere to technical and product goals.
- Prioritize intuitive, visually appealing designs, using wireframes and established design principles to articulate the look and feel of features.
- Research and recommend technical solutions, including API integrations and system enhancements, while guiding the team through technical challenges and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Communicate assertively and contribute innovative ideas that drive the product forward and align with business objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management role.
- Focus on delivering exceptional features.
- Highly proactive and resourceful individuals who take ownership of their work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- A creative and collaborative mindset that fits well within our exciting, fast-growing product team.
