We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summits division and Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Executive with potential for personal growth and career opportunities.
This is an in-person role located in our
**Skopje**
office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understanding the summit delegate target audience for each event in a diverse portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for events to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Promoting our summits to potential attendees (delegates) by selecting data from our corporate database and generating interest through direct marketing campaigns, sent via various email campaign software platforms
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future events.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance events promotion.
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders globally to ensure marketing KPIs per event are reached.
- Close cooperation with global sales offices to convert leads into customers.
- Day-to-day use of the corporate database through our CRM system.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communications skills in English is essential for this role (verbal and written).
- 3+ years of direct marketing experience in a corporate environment is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
- Familiarity with databases, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) is a strong advantage.
- Strong content creation skills and experience using various tools would be preferred.
- Attention to detail, exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must be a collaborative team player with a strong drive to meet personal business targets. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead initiatives, and passionately champion their own projects.
