Caters Media Group is hiring for our remote Video Acquisition Team. This role combines strong communication skills, persistence, good judgement and self-motivation, and is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations, following leads and working towards clear goals in a home-based setting.
This is a full-time, remote role offering hands-on experience in digital media, where you’ll play a key part in sourcing real-life video content for global media outlets.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Reaching out to content creators around the world via social media and messaging platforms
- Making regular outbound contact to introduce Caters and discuss content usage opportunities
- Using your own initiative to find different ways to contact creators and start conversations
- Following up with creators and adapting your approach where needed
- Identifying viral, newsworthy and entertaining content that fits client needs and current trends
- Responding quickly to breaking news and trending stories to secure relevant content
- Building professional relationships with creators through clear, friendly communication
- Working closely with colleagues across different teams and time zones
- Completing rights, contracts and administrative tasks accurately
- Working towards performance targets with training, support and regular feedback from your line manager
- Working some weekends as part of a rota to support global news coverage
**Who We’re Looking For**
- Experience in fast-paced, target-driven roles (such as call centres, sales or customer outreach) is beneficial
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and handling a wide range of responses
- Strong spoken and written English at a professional level
- Clear, confident and professional communication skills
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Able to work on your own initiative, using creativity and persistence to find and use different methods to contact content creators across various platforms
