**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Tirana. The Assistant will be responsible for organizing schedules, supporting daily operational activities, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. Other responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and assisting team members with diverse tasks to ensure operational excellence. The role requires someone with strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for administrative tasks
- Experience in coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and managing schedules
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Albanian is preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
