Junior Sales Representative (Full-Time/Remote)

About us NextGen Distribution is a fast-growing consumer electronics company operating in wholesale (B2B) and retail support. We work internationally across multiple EU markets and are expanding our commercial team.
Role summary As a Junior Sales Representative, you will support our sales and purchasing activities, manage customer follow-ups, and help push deals to closure. This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone hungry to grow and motivated by commission. What you will do Sales & customer communication Send offers to customers and follow up by email/phone until deals are closed Build relationships with customers and support repeat orders Maintain structured communication and update customer notes Support negotiations with guidance from management Commercial support (purchasing + operations) Request supplier quotes and compare pricing Track product availability, ETA, MOQ, and payment terms Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for delivery updates Prepare sales data for invoices/proformas (data preparation; not accounting work) Basic commercial & accounting sense (important) Understand pricing, margins, VAT logic, and discounts Work accurately and pay attention to detail
Requirements (must-have)
English: very good spoken and written Strong communication skills (email + phone) Motivated by performance and commission Able to work full-time (8 hours/day, Mon–Fri) Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills Fast learner, organized, disciplined Able to follow structured sales processes Own PC or laptop (Windows / Mac / Linux – any is fine) Smartphone that supports WhatsApp and calling apps Advantage (nice-to-have) Basic Bulgarian language Any experience in sales, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or customer support Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo is a plus) What we offer Competitive base salary (depending on skills) Performance-based commission Training, mentoring, and clear targets Real growth opportunity in an international business Long-term career development for the right person How to apply
