**Engineering Manager**
**The Job**
An Engineering Manager who is highly organised, collaborative, and delivery-focused is required to join a fast-growing business in the iGaming sector, who are building a brand-new Technical Hub in Skopje.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, growing, and leading a Squad consisting of frontend and backend engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners. You will combine strong people leadership with a solid technical background in .NET / C# to ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery within a modern, product-led environment.
You will play a key role in shaping engineering culture, ways of working, and delivery standards as the Skopje hub grows from the ground up.

You’re an Engineering Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, product, and operations. You can build, motivate, and develop engineering teams while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and technical quality.
You bring:
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in a Squad or product model (backend, frontend, QA, product)
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers across backend and frontend disciplines
- A strong technical background in .NET / C# (ASP.NET, APIs, microservices or service-oriented architectures)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Solid grasp of system design, performance, and scalability concepts
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with Product, QA, and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and tooling
- Empathetic, people-first leadership style with a delivery mindset
- Highly organised, pragmatic, and able to manage competing priorities
- You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and you enjoy building teams, processes, and culture from scratch.
