**About the Role**
As our
**Project & Product Manager**
, you’ll be at the center of our development process – leading projects, managing developers, and shaping the future of our products.
You’ll collaborate across teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery and product success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Agile/Scrum software projects and cross-functional teams
- Manage timelines, tasks, and development cycles
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks with estimations
- Help with project documentation and tender bids
- Boost team collaboration, workflows, and outcomes
**What We Are Looking For:**
- 1+ years of experience in project or product management (software focus)
- Agile/Scrum experience with development teams
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Ability to engage with clients & teams
- Technical background or understanding of IT/dev workflows
- Structured documentation & reporting skills
**Bonus:**
Experience with ERP, CRM, AI projects | Familiarity with OpenProject, Jira,| PMP/Scrum Master certification
