**About the role**

We are looking for a
**Senior GlobalTalent Manager**
tolead and scalehigh- performance remote recruiting teams across LATAM and EMEA. This role is
**strategic and hands-on**
, playinga key part in supporting the growth of a fast-growing multinational company.

This position is ideal for senior professionals with strong leadership skills, experience managing remote teams, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead, mentor and develop
**remote Talent Acquisition teams**
at a global level.
- Design and execute
**scalable recruiting strategies**
aligned with business growth.
- Manage
**end-to-end recruitment processes**
for high-volume and specialized roles.
- Recruit profiles across
**BPO, IT, Fintech, Retail and Logistics**
sectors.
- Monitor and optimize
**recruitment KPIs**
(time-to-hire,quality ofhire,funnel conversion).
- Ensurean excellent
**candidate experience**
throughoutthe hiringprocess.
- Collaborate closely withinternal stakeholdersand leadershipteams.
- Communicate fluently in
**Spanish and English**
(Portuguese is a strong plus).
- Prepare reports and insights for senior management using recruitment data.
- Travel occasionally for strategic alignment and team engagement.

**Requirements**

- **3+ years of experience**
leading Talent Acquisition or Recruitmentteams.
- Provenbackground in
**high-volume or multi-country recruitment**
.
- Experienceworking in
**remote and international environments**
.
- Advancedlevel of
**Spanish and English**
(writtenand spoken).
- Strongleadership, communicationand stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with
**ATS, sourcing tools and recruitment technologies**
.
- Data-drivenmindset withthe ability to turn insights intoaction.
- Availabilityfor occasionalinternational travel.
