**Company Description**
Herensys is a BPO company. We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer to support the management and optimization of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud-native technologies, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the success of a dynamic infrastructure and engineering team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, optimize, and maintain Docker images and private registries, following best practices.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes (K8s) environments: services, ingress, pods, and storage.
- Write and manage Helm charts, handle environment-specific values, integrate secrets, and deploy via Helmfile.
- Provision and operate AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM) and deploy/manage EKS clusters.
- Develop and maintain Terraform modules, manage remote state, and iterate infrastructure as code.
- Manage Jenkins X pipelines, previews, promotions, and integrate with Helm/Helmfile.
- Configure GitHub Actions workflows, branching strategies, reusable pipelines, and secure secrets.
- Implement observability: logging, monitoring, and alerting via ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
- Apply security best practices: IAM least privilege, secrets management, image scanning, and access control.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams, document infrastructure changes, and support requests.
**Requirements**
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins X, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with observability tools and monitoring frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and IAM best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
