As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with eligible businesses to sell our products.

Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

This role requires in-person attendance

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Contact new prospects and develop rapport to sell our products.
- Follow up on the high volume of leads provided to you.
- Accurately maintain notes in CRM.
- Identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
- Facilitate deal flow by working with all the departments in funding and deal management.
- May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- C1 English level proficiency and fluency.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous Sales and/or Customer Service representatives experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Finance is preferred.
- Strong phone sales skills, along with analytical thinking, are a must.
- Results and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to enthusiastically represent the company and its service.
- Fast learner and can think quickly on their feet
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM tools.
