We are looking for a
Tour Logistics &
Fleet Management Coordinator to join our Tour Department and support the daily planning, coordination, and execution of tours, with a strong focus on fleet operations and vehicle logistics.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operations, maintenance, and scheduling of our vehicle fleet while supporting high-quality service delivery for our international clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in fleet management, tour operations, accommodation and transport coordination. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, communicative and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily tour operations with a strong focus on vehicle scheduling and fleet availability.
- Vehicles technical maintenance, services and operational readiness of fleet.
- Ensure vehicles are assigned efficiently according to tour itineraries and operational needs.
- Create and maintain partnerships with hotels and accommodations.
- Select and book best hotel options for customers and guides.
- Coordinate closely with drivers, guides, mechanics, and transport partners.
- Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and service schedules.
- Ensure all transport services are delivered according to itinerary, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle last-minute changes, vehicle-related issues, and operational challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate fleet and operational documentation.
- Communicate transport and operational details clearly with internal teams and external partners.
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements related to fleet performance and logistics.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a Tour Operator, Travel Agency, Car Rental, or Fleet Management role.
- At least 2-3 year of proven experience with fleet coordination, vehicle scheduling, or transport logistics.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and operational accuracy.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable using booking systems, email, and operational tools.
