We are expanding our 
**Tirana team**
 and are looking for a 
**full-time Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager**
 to handle daily design and social media work for U.S. restaurant clients.

This is a 
**long-term position**
, not freelance.

Position: Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

**(Labels • Social Media • Digital Boards)**

Key Responsibilities🎨 Graphic Design (Primary Role)

- Design 
**custom private-label hot sauce labels**
 for restaurants
- Create print-ready designs for:
- Bottle labels
- Case & box labels
- Marketing materials
- Update label templates when ingredients, branding, or regulations change
- Ensure clean, professional, 
**print-ready artwork**
- Fast turnaround (same-day or next-day when needed)

📲 Social Media Management (
**REQUIRED**
)

- **Must have prior social media management experience**
- Create content for:
- Hot sauce brands
- Restaurants
- Bakery & POS promotions
- Design posts, stories, and reels
- Schedule and manage posts (Facebook & Instagram)
- Follow brand voice, content calendars, and instructions
- Coordinate content with the U.S. sales & marketing team

📺 Digital Signage & Marketing Design

- Create 
**digital menu boards**
 and digital signage
- Design slides for TVs, kiosks, and restaurant screens
- Format designs for different screen sizes
- Create clean layouts and simple animations (training provided)

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 
**Graphic design experience (labels & digital design)**

✅ 
**Social media management experience (REQUIRED)**

✅ Strong experience with 
**Adobe Illustrator**

✅ Strong experience with 
**Adobe Photoshop**

✅ Experience with 
**label or packaging design**

✅ Ability to follow templates and brand guidelines

✅ Good English communication (written & basic spoken)

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Ability to handle multiple daily tasks

✅ Reliable internet connection

✅ Must be able to work 
**U.S. Central Time consistently**

Work Schedule

- **Monday – Friday only**
- **7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (U.S. Central Time)**
- **Hybrid schedule:**
- 3 days in-office (Tirana)
- 2 days work from home
