**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Tirana. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property searches, coordinating viewings, negotiating contracts, marketing properties, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves staying informed about the local real estate market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
**Qualifications**
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of the local real estate market in Tirana
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using technology and real estate software tools
- Fluency in English and Albanian is preferred
