**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in Tirana. The Civil Engineer will manage, design, and oversee construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks may include planning and executing projects, conducting site surveys, preparing technical designs, overseeing management solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. The role requires collaboration with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of project planning and execution
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage
