**Key Responsibilities**

**Coordination & Scheduling**

- Coordinate daily with foremen across all active job sites to ensure crews have the labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete scheduled work.
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to manage not-started jobs, upcoming scopes of work, and daily priorities.
- Support Project Managers by coordinating reports, updates, and schedule adjustments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to maximize efficiency and on-time completion.

**Inventory & Resource Management**

- Communicate daily and weekly material requirements to the inventory department to ensure all job sites are properly supplied.
- Identify material shortages, delays, or inefficiencies and provide timely feedback to prevent work disruptions.

**Progress Monitoring & Productivity Analysis**

- Monitor daily job site progress by tracking completed work against schedules and identifying risks or delays.
- Analyze crew productivity data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with foremen to address productivity challenges and implement process improvements.
- Prepare progress and productivity reports to support operational decision-making and management review.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, scheduling, or team management; construction or field-services experience preferred.
