**Role Description**

WeAreFiber is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a full-time on-site role at our Tirana location. The responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information promptly. The representative will communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a positive experience. Additional tasks include maintaining customer records, adhering to company guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to our clients.

**Qualifications**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing customer inquiries
- Ability to use computer systems and software applications for data entry and updating customer profiles
- Organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and prioritizing customer requests
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills will be considered an advantage
- A proactive mindset and a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction
