**Area Sales Manager**
**Purpose of the position:**
To lead and execute regional sales strategies that maximize market share, build long-term customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth within the assigned area.
**Main Task:**
- Maintain and develop sales & market share in his/her current area of responsibility to guarantee delivery of sales and company objectives via the Branch network of his/her responsibility.
- Implementation of sales and marketing strategies in the area of responsibility.
- Ensuring the optimum level of service for the branches under his/her responsibility.
- Implementation of sales and marketing strategies in the area of responsibility.
- Constantly explores new commercial and promotional opportunities.
- Delivers outstanding quality to branch operations, consulting services to Branch managers according to Company’s policies, and sales strategies.
- Manage day-to-day relations with assigned branches.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual market share, sales, profit, availability and visibility targets in the area.
**Education:**
- BSc in business administration, marketing or management studies in relevant field will be considered as plus.
- Participate in trainings based on the aftermarket spare part industry & sales techniques to independent workshops will be considered a plus.
**Experience, Qualifications and Skills:**
- At least 2 years working experience as sales supervisor and/or area sales manager, in the automotive aftermarket.
- Good knowledge of online spare parts catalogues, like Tec-doc, and e-commerce catalogues for B2B.
- Valid driving license.
- Office 365 strong knowledge required.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical skills, analytical ability and attention to detail.
- BSc in business administration, marketing or management.
