**About the Role**
As a member of the wider Access Networks Team, the Access Delivery Co-Ordinator is responsible for the ordering, tracking and delivery of key network assets such as Backhaul Circuits, FTTC/P Cablelinks, Alt Net Circuits and Customer Backhaul circuits in various working environments including Waterfall and AGILE Project environments.
The individual will be responsible for the ordering, delivery and tracking of network assets for the Access Network with particular focus to growth in Fibre based products, providing fast, reliable and scalable services to both existing and new customers, extending the footprint of the Access Network in line with key business objectives.
The Access Network Engineering Team manages the network infrastructure within the 3000+ BT Exchanges providing our customer base with access to TalkTalk's Next Generation Network. The Access Delivery Co-Ordinator will work within a wider team supporting the development and growth of the Access Network.

**Key Responsibilities in the role:**
**Accountability, Ownership, Authority**
• Ordering, tracking and management of the delivery of a wide variety of Access Network assets such as backhaul circuits, Dark Fibre connections, FTTC/FTTP GEA Cablelinks, Internal and External EBCL Cablelinks, and Customer Backhaul circuits.
• Project management and reporting requirements including provision of information to all appropriate stakeholders.
• Effective internal and external stakeholder management, both internal and external, through regular reporting and communication.
• Manage communications and support external teams in their management of complex delivery journey, including escalation of any delivery issues as appropriate including support of customer facing teams.
• Cease placement, tracking and reporting for assets removed from the Access Network.
• Administrative Tasks such as Email Inbox Management, Purchase Orders, Asset Management Systems Updates.
• Ensure the procedural documentation is reviewed, maintained and adhered to.
• Have a level of technical awareness to allow meaningful communication with team managers and other stakeholders.
• Drive delivery of projects to agreed success criteria.
**Other Skills**
• Identifying and managing constraints as part of the planning and execution of the project.
• Identify, manage and record dependencies which may affect the success of the project.
• Ensure timely control action to mitigate the impact of project issues on the plan.
• Manage requirements, scope and control change (through impact assessment).
• Allocate, distribute and drive through delivery of Work Packages.
• Manage Sponsor and other stakeholder expectations through regular reporting and communication.
