I'm looking for stock forecasters/demand planners to assist our e-commerce business, who are local to Skopje, and who are looking for long term work. We want to build long term relationships with our team and so, it is important that you wish to support us for a minimum of 12 months (we hope longer!)
This role would assist with prediction of what we sell and when.
Role requires you to:
- Build forecasts using sales history, seasonality, trends, and promotions
- Analyse SKU-level performance and variance
- Maintain forecasting models and improve accuracy (MAPE, bias, etc.)
- Provide short- to mid-term forecasts to supply chain / inventory teams
**Typical outputs**
- Weekly/monthly sales forecasts
- Forecast accuracy reports
- Exception reporting (spikes, drops, anomalies)
**Strengths required**
- Strong quantitative skills (Excel, SQL, Python/R, forecasting models an advantage)
- Comfort with time-series analysis
- Attention to detail and data quality
- Great level of English - we are an English speaking company
This would be at 40 hours per week total, generous pay.
