**Description**

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our growing team in the medical products division. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling physical products (not services) and be comfortable managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell our range of medical products to clients, distributors, and healthcare facilities.

Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up to convert prospects into sales.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity using company systems (CRM or other).

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in product-based sales (medical, pharmaceutical, or industrial products preferred).

Language: Fluent in English (required). Spanish is a strong plus.

Education: No diploma or academic degree required—your experience and results matter most.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer literacy (CRM use, email, etc.).
