**Role Description**
The Expansion Specialist will support the growth and development of EPPC by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in the market. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and working cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of expansion strategies. This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirana, Albania.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Market Research and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Experience in Strategy Planning and Project Management
- Fluency in English and Albanian is essential
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Capability to adapt to dynamic environments and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
