**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Travel Agent, based in Elbasan. The Travel Agent will be responsible for managing travel-related inquiries, creating and booking travel arrangements, assisting customers with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating car rentals and supporting sales efforts to meet the company's goals. The candidate will collaborate with clients to ensure smooth and pleasant travel experiences.
**Qualifications**
- Strong abilities in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements
- Excellent Customer Service expertise and effective communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in managing Car Rental and travel coordination
- Sales skills with a focus on client-oriented solutions and achieving targets
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in the travel industry or related roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
