**Senior Executive Account Manager**

We’re looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in ownership, communication, and revenue growth.
We are an American company located in Tirana and our customers are primarily in USA, Canada, UK and Australia. The role will be performed in English only.
**What You Will Do**
- Oversee and support
**Sales Representatives**
- **Manage and grow active prospect & client accounts**
- **Conduct initial 20-minute discovery calls**
- **Set appointments and manage follow-ups via email, Linkedin, and WhatsApp**
- **Present Effycient clearly and professionally to new prospects**
- **Upsell services, follow up on invoices, and manage ongoing client relationships**
- **Meet with clients to discuss scope, terms, and next steps**
- **Ensure smooth handoff between sales, delivery, and leadership**
- **Keep accounts organized and moving forward**
**What Experience You Need**
- **5+ years**
of full-time experience in
**sales or account management**
- **Strong oral and written communication**
skills
- Confident, professional presence on calls and video meetings
- Highly
**organized**
with solid
**project management**
instincts
- Sales-oriented, personal, and relationship-focused
- Motivated,

, and comfortable with commission-based growth
- Able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- Experienced with Apollo, Zoom, and Lemlist or similar tools

- Hybrid full-time (35-55 hrs/week)
- $750 per month + bonuses available ($0-200 per month)
- 35% commission on deals (average $1,050 per month)
- Weekly check-ins and async task management
