**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate
**insurance claims (sinistri)**
- Handle
**medical and automotive assistance cases worldwide**
- Coordinate with international suppliers, partners, and service providers
- Ensure accurate case documentation and timely resolution
- Provide professional support in high-pressure and emergency situations
**Requirements**
- **Languages (mandatory):**
Italian, German, and English (fluent)
- Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or others) are a strong plus
- Experience in
**assistance operations, insurance, or customer service**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Calm, reliable, and able to work independently
- Availability for
**shift work**
, including nights, weekends, and holidays
