Join our fast-growing company as an
**Italian+English-speaking Customer Support Agent for our client.**
Your role is to provide excellent support, share product knowledge, and ensure customers have a positive experience with the beauty brand.
**It is a remote full-time position!**
**Schedule:**
Mon-Fri 10am - 6:30pm CET, National Holidays according to Italy
Training period - 13:30 pm - 22 pm CET
Possibility of working extra shift (4 hours) on Sat/Sun upon request for an additional bonus.
**Starting date :**
12th of January
**At Mindy-Support, you have a great opportunity to get:**

- Compensation: 900
$
durning the probation period, 1000$ after + 100$ bonus + $100 bonus for successful training (paid after 3 month)
- $50 waiting time per week
- Training will be provided by the company and the client;
- Management attention, support and motivation.
- 100% remote work;
- 20 paid days of vacations and 10 days of sick leave per year;
**Your Responsibilities**
- Respond to user queries with friendly & timely support via CRM system (email,
livechat, calls).
- Manage users' accounts.
- Study and apply product knowledge to recommend items based on understanding of
the customers’ needs
- Forward user feedback to other departments to help prioritise platform
improvements.
- Do additional administrative tasks.
- Support across other non-Spanish/English markets in the EU with the use of an
internal translation tool for non-voice interactions.
- Managing enrollments, refunds, upgrades, and payments
**You are our perfect candidate if you have:**
- English B2: good written English skills (writes freely with no mistakes)
- Italian C1 (excellent speaking and writing)
- Experience in
**makeup/cosmetics/skincare/wellness**
(professional or hobby).
- Experience in
**customer support field**
**1+ year**
- experience with Freshdesk or similar CRM
- Experience with calls
- Energetic and positive
**team player**
- Good communicator,
- **Strong problem-solving**
mindset
- Passionate about
**beauty products**
(confident when discussing, recommending, or advising customers)
