We are looking for a creative and detail-driven professional to manage and produce social media content for MALZA and our clients. This role combines content creation, visual design, photo production, video editing, and social media strategy focused on growth, consistency, and high-quality brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms
- Create visual assets and designs for social media posts
- Capture and edit photos for brand and content use
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social platforms
- Apply platform-specific strategies for engagement and growth
- Publish content, manage pages, and maintain brand tone of voice
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and clients when needed
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in social media content creation and page management
- Strong skills in design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Experience with photo shooting and basic production workflows
- Video editing skills for short-form content
- Understanding of platform trends and content best practices
- Portfolio or examples of previous work
**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
- Understanding of creative storytelling and branding
- Basic knowledge of paid social formats
