**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Skopje. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation schedules, monitoring shipments, and communicating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning routes, tracking deliveries, ensuring timely service, and addressing any issues that arise during transit operations. The Dispatcher will work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency and uphold customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in logistics coordination, route planning, and transportation management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers and clients
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and dispatch operations
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to respond to unforeseen challenges
- Familiarity with dispatching software and related tools is a plus
- Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations is beneficial
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or transportation are preferred
