**Role Description**
This is a remote contract role for a Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting AVERA Interiors’ products, and responding to customer queries. You will negotiate sales agreements, ensure high client satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of transactions. You will work closely with the design and production team to ensure successful delivery of products that meet client needs, while actively contributing to achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Sales, prospecting, and lead generation techniques
- Ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of interior design trends, furniture production, and home furnishing solutions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM software or sales tools to manage client information and track progress
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the furniture, interior design, or similar industry is an advantage
