of students reported using AI tools in at least one way, and

The gap is obvious: students want help, but schools need an approach that’s
**trustworthy, curriculum-aligned, and institutionally governed**
—not an unaccountable parallel classroom.
🚀 Role: Senior Frontend Engineer (Frontend Lead) - Tirana
This is a high-ownership role. You’ll
**own the frontend architecture**
, ship core product experiences, and potentially grow into
**leading the frontend team**
as we scale.
What you’ll do
- Define and evolve the
**frontend architecture**
(patterns, state, data fetching, component strategy, testing).
- Build fast, delightful product experiences for
**learners and instructors**
.
- Partner closely with product/design/AI/backend to deliver features end-to-end.
- Establish engineering standards: performance, accessibility, reliability, code quality, CI/CD.
- Over time: help hire, mentor, and shape the future

What we’re looking for
- **5+ years**
building production web apps.
- Strong
**React + TypeScript**
experience.
- Solid state management experience (
**Redux / Redux Toolkit**
preferred).
- Strong UI engineering fundamentals (performance, accessibility, testing).
- Comfortable making architecture decisions and owning outcomes.
Bonus points
- Familiarity with
**Python**
,
**Django**
or
**FastAPI**
.
- Experience with design systems, analytics/data-heavy UIs, or building platforms used by non-technical users (educators).
