Logistics Manager

**Role Description**
This role oversees daily logistics operations, including transport planning, scheduling, and coordination of national and international freight movements.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee transport, warehousing, and end-to-end operational flows.
- Experience in Inventory Management to monitor stock levels, ensure accuracy, and support efficient warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Procurement processes to coordinate sourcing, vendor relationships, and cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Customer Service skills to manage client communication, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding, ideally within international operations.
- Ability to analyze data, use logistics software or ERP systems, and prepare clear operational reports.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail under time constraints.
- Effective communication skills in English and Albanian; additional languages are an advantage.
