**Role Description**
The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Durrës. This position is responsible for developing visual concepts and layouts for marketing materials, digital channels, signage, and presentations that align with the Durrës Yachts & Marina brand. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and illustrations, designing logos and visual elements, preparing print-ready and digital assets, and collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and project teams. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, supporting campaign development with compelling visuals, and adapting designs for various formats and platforms. The Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, manage multiple design requests, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for both print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Excellent Typography skills with an eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools like, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Freehand, After Effects, etc, also, Microsoft Publisher, Corel and CorelDraw, Graphic Suite, Apple Final Cut Pro.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work for brands or large-scale projects.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, international team and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Durrës.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred; experience in luxury, hospitality, or real estate projects is an advantage.
