As our Pharmacovigilance operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Coordinator, Benefit Risk to support local literature screening activities and contribute to the delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance services across our client portfolio.

**About The Role**
As a Pharmacovigilance Coordinator, Benefit Risk, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Benefit Risk team, ensuring pharmacovigilance activities are delivered efficiently and in compliance with client, regulatory, and company requirements.
Working closely with PV Safety Scientists and management teams, you will play a key role in supporting literature screening activities, maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with audit and inspection readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day pharmacovigilance and benefit-risk activities across assigned projects.
- Enter and maintain project-related information within internal systems.
- Assist with local literature screening and associated operational activities.
- Support the training of affiliate personnel on relevant pharmacovigilance responsibilities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting documentation.
- Record and maintain pharmacovigilance meeting minutes and action logs.
- Manage filing, archiving, and document control activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Pharmacovigilance department and project teams.
- Assist with preparation and coordination activities during audits and inspections.
- Ensure activities are completed in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
**Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or another health-related discipline.
- Basic knowledge or foundational understanding of Pharmacovigilance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using databases, web-based applications, or electronic systems.
**Experience**
- 0-1 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with relevant academic backgrounds and an interest in drug safety are encouraged to apply.
