**Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA)**
is seeking to hire a
**Senior Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist**
who will report to the
**Commercial Director**
of the company.
The Senior Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist is responsible for data gathering and processing, prepares info for invoicing and reporting, for all commercial department contracts, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with TIA’s commercial agreements. He/she is responsible for designing and preparing analysis and performance reports for commercial department team and CD.
**Main duties and responsibilities of the position:**
***Data collection and analysis:***
- Collect from the commercial specialists financial and operational data gathered from the operators they manage.
- Verifies the compliance of the data received with the terms provided in the contract
- In case of evidence of non-compliance, communicates with the relevant specialists to follow up on the cases with the concessionaires until they are corrected.
- Independently conducts market research to identify price levels and range of services, to compare them with the services offered by TIA.
- Analyzes the data received and communicates with each of the specialists regarding the preliminary results.
- In collaboration with the commercial specialist, performs detailed control of data submitted by operators.
- Verifies and analyzes data brought by potential operators who are interested in cooperating with TIA and comes up with comments and suggestions, based on the findings made.
- Reconcile contract data and charges with the Finance Department.
***Reporting:***
- Prepares the first draft of the monthly report for the commercial department.
- For each of the categories, drafts reports based on approved formats.
- Prepares summary commercial Excel files for submission to the Finance Department for client invoicing per agreement terms.
- Based on the requests done by supervisor, designs and prepares information and reports.
- Report on compliance performance and recommend improvements to the Signor Commercial Specialist and CD.
- In collaboration with commercial specialists, analyzes data and reports on the effect of marketing activities on the performance of operators.
***Budgeting:***
- Analyze the monthly performance of each category against the approved budget and prepare reports for the relevant Commercial Specialists, Senior Commercial Specialist (SCS), and Commercial Director (CD).
- Participate in data collection and analysis for the preparation of the annual budget.
- At least
3 year
of experience in data analysis, reporting, financial control or invoicing, preferably in a commercial setting.
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
**Work experience:**
- At least
3 year
of experience in data analysis, reporting, financial control or invoicing, preferably in a commercial setting.
**Language requirements:**
- Proficiency in Albanian and English (written and verbal).
**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
