**Senior Art Director**
**Tribal Worldwide Albania | Tirana | Full-time | On-site**
Tribal Worldwide Albania (TWWA) is looking for a Senior Art Director who can shape a visual direction, produce strong design and guide a team through delivery.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead visual execution across brand identities, design, photography and video. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for reviewing work, managing priorities and maintaining creative standards.
AI is part of how we work, from research and visual exploration to image generation, editing and video. We welcome creatives already using tools such as OpenAI image generation, Nano Banana or comparable workflows, as well as strong practitioners committed to developing these skills.
You will:
- Translate briefs and the Creative Director’s direction into clear visual approaches and finished design.
- Develop brand identities and consistent visual systems across their applications.
- Direct photography and video, including preparation, attendance at shoots and feedback on final material.
- Assign and review design work, provide clear feedback and approve output within the agreed creative direction.
- Present and explain visual decisions to clients when required.
- Take responsibility for quality, deadlines, organised files and complete handovers.
We are looking for:
- At least five years of relevant professional experience, including agency experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual direction, brand identity and hands-on design, with your contribution clearly identified.
- Professional command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong typography, composition and visual judgment.
- The ability to supervise designers and communicate feedback clearly.
- Native-level Albanian and professional proficiency in English.
Figma, 3D, advanced retouching and specialist print-production knowledge are advantages, not requirements. Formal mentoring is optional for those interested in developing others.
The position offers:
- An indefinite employment contract with a three-month paid probation.
- On-site work in Tirana. Remote and hybrid arrangements are unavailable.
- Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, including a paid 30-minute lunch break.
- 22 working days of paid annual leave, plus applicable public holidays.
- Attendance at relevant shoots and events is expected.
- Company-provided equipment paid design software and AI subscriptions, and a training budget.
- Salary aligned with your experience and the responsibilities of the role. We will discuss your salary expectations and professional ambitions during the first interview.
