Native Teams is a global platform for work payments and employment. Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide.

We are expanding our global team and looking for Inbound Sales Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field of Sales in a successful, fast-growing global start-up?

Location: Remote

Salary Range: Flexible

As an Inbound Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle for warm, inbound-generated opportunities, from first response through closing and onboarding handover. Your focus is converting high-intent leads efficiently, leading high-quality sales conversations, and guiding prospects through decision-making to successfully adopt Native Teams' solutions. You'll work across multiple ICPs, navigate stakeholder complexity, and actively contribute to revenue targets and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Response & Pipeline Management

- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing, referrals, and website/demo requests, meeting defined SLA response times.
- Qualify and prioritize inbound leads against defined ICPs, routing or disqualifying where appropriate.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of inbound opportunities, with light outbound follow-up limited to warming and re-engaging existing inbound leads (not new prospecting).

Discovery and Consultative sales

- Lead structured discovery calls to deeply understand hiring plans, compliance constraints, payroll needs, and operational challenges.
- Articulate the value of Native Teams' services (EOR, Contractor of Record, Contractor Payments, Mobility, Entity Support, etc.) in a way tailored to stakeholder priorities.
- Educate prospects on onboarding timelines, pricing models, compliance processes, and delivery expectations.

Solution and proposal design

- Prepare pricing scenarios, proposals, and commercial recommendations based on client use cases and internal guidelines.
- Conduct competitive differentiation and demonstrate ROI to accelerate buying decisions.
- Balance speed, accuracy, and deal prioritization when building proposals.

Negotiation and Closing

- Lead commercial negotiations through to contract signature, including stakeholders across Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
- Handle complex objections, approval cycles, and multi-stakeholder alignment.
- Consistently hit monthly and quarterly quota targets, driven by inbound conversion rates.

Revenue forecasting and CRM Discipline

- Maintain accurate deal stages, timelines, and forecasting data in the CRM.
- Provide visibility into probability, expected close dates, blockers, and next steps.
- Track KPIs related to lead response time, inbound conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and revenue generation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance.
- Partner with Customer Success and Onboarding to ensure smooth activation post-close.
- Work with Legal, Product, and Finance when deals require additional scoping or adaptation.

Market & Competitive Knowledge

- Stay updated on industry developments in global payroll, compliance, talent mobility, and HR tech.
- Track competitor offerings and help evolve messaging, pricing, and commercial strategy.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing full sales cycles in a B2B environment, ideally with a strong inbound or high-velocity conversion background.
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with multiple stakeholders including C-level.
- Experience presenting commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Comfort operating in international and compliance-driven sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tech (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Background

- Experience in global payroll, compliance, HR tech, talent, mobility, fintech, or SaaS is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong objection-handling, stakeholder alignment, and closing capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and convert high-intent leads at strong rates.
- Ability to manage 20–40 active pipeline opportunities concurrently depending on deal size.
- Ability to balance velocity (quick wins) with larger strategic deals.
- Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.

- Ability to influence the next stages of our growth
- Flexible work environment
- Competitive salary + commission structure
