(Creative@Work) is a branding and marketing agency with over 20 years of experience helping businesses build distinctive brands through strategy, design, and digital marketing.
• Skopje | Hybrid | Freelance/Contract
• Potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and mutual fit.
You’ll create branding, social media graphics, website visuals, packaging, and print materials—from initial concepts to production-ready files. We’re looking for someone who can deliver strong designs quickly, handle fast turnarounds, and maintain attention to detail.
**What we’re looking for:**
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A good eye for typography, layout, and detail.
• An efficient workflow and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and openness to feedback.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and creative workflows is a plus.
