**Role Description**
The Transport Planner at NTG Road UK Ltd., based on-site in Skopje, will plan and coordinate daily road transport operations across a diverse fleet and subcontractor network in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include creating efficient transport plans, optimizing routes and load utilization, and monitoring ongoing deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. The role involves close communication with drivers, partners, and customers, resolving operational issues, and updating systems and documentation to reflect real-time transport status. The Transport Planner will collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, maintain safety and compliance standards, and support continuous enhancement of transport solutions.

**Qualifications**

- Candidates should possess strong Transportation Planning and Transport Modelling skills for designing efficient routes and capacity usage.
- Candidates should possess solid Transportation Management and Operations Management skills to oversee daily transport activities and performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with drivers, subcontractors, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Relevant experience in road freight, logistics coordination, or transport planning, preferably within a fleet or subcontractor environment.
- Ability to work with transport management systems and standard office software; strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English and local language; additional European language skills are an advantage.
- Educational background in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
