Our technical team is expanding, and we have a thrilling job opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer who is seeking a challenging work in international projects for worldwide clients and wants to contribute for our development and growth.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong Python (including algorithm development) and SQL, plus Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform.
- Practical experience of data profiling, cleansing, name/address standardisation and multi-source reconciliation.
- Ability to implement and evaluate deterministic, fuzzy or probabilistic matching, including false-merge and missed-match risk.
- Experience creating canonical records, survivorship logic and source crosswalks with clear auditability.
- Automated testing, Git-based version control, code review, CI/CD and structured exception management.
- Ability to explain technical match outcomes clearly to analysts, data stewards and subject-matter experts.
**Nice to have:**
- Reltio MDM, and healthcare or life-sciences data experience.
- International or multilingual data, HCO/HCP master data, and organisation hierarchies or networks.
- Integration with LLM-enabled research or information-extraction workflows.
