Vacancy: Quality Engineers for PCB Production Factory
Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Hi-Tech Corporation, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia
**Hi-Tech Corp. is a leading European manufacturer of electronic Printed Circuit Boards specialized in quick-turn manufacturing of prototypes and small to mid volume series of rigid, flex, and rigid-flex multilayer boards.**
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a
highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team.
– Assesses the quality of products based on measurements taken during the production process;
– Compares identified non-conformities in PCBs with IPC standards and decides on the appropriate course of action;
– Determines corrective measures related any defects that occur in production;
– Conducts statistical analysis of the causes of product defects;
– Processes customer claims related to product quality;
– Identifies the root causes of non-conforming products in collaboration with department managers.– University degree (preferably the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy: Design and
Management of Technological Processes, Inorganic Engineering and Environmental
Protection, or Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology or other related fields)
– Good command of the English language
– Proactive attitude, readiness to work in a dynamic environment, and strong communication skills
